H.R. 5736 legalizes propaganda from mainstream news sources for dissemination abroad and domestically.News outlets (now) have no reason to practice journalism with integrity. They are now given full reign to make up shit, or to spew made up shit given to them by those who made the law to make it legal to spew made up shit.
